Our production based in Balingen provides the complete internal value-added depth of saw blade production and the staff with many years of experience. In order to manufacture top quality products very efficiently we make use of a modern machine park consisting of laser cutting unit, thermal treatment and CNC machines. Nevertheless, there are areas where manual work is still required. In our straightening work shop our circular saw blades are hammered manually, because no CNC machine can do that as well as an experienced straightening specialist. Our customers benefit from this long-standing experience.
Hogger, hogger segments, hogger rings and chipper knives for all common machine brands, clamping sleeves, template rings and splitting wedges, produced according to the machine manufacturer’s specifications. Planed rings of steel or light metal with high runout accuracy. Possible also in weight-reduced design. Circular saw blades for pre-cutting circular saw blades with tipped strobes and stepped body. Individually in A|K|E multi step design for extreme cutting conditions. Optimized design according to customer demand for max. feed rates and tool life. Circular saw blades for trimming cuts flat or stepped circular saw blades with strengthened saw body and tipped strobes for high feed rate and long tool life. The kerf and tooth shapes are optimized as per the required cutting heights.
